Yesterday we ventured out to the Ft. Worth Zoo. We were talking to our neighbor the night before and he said to get there before the park opens because being half price Wednesday, there will be LOTS of people there. So we left early and got there about 30 minutes early. We olny had a little bit of traffic to sit in.
We ate lunch in this little picnic area where you could see how far you could jump. So after we ate the kids wanted to see how far they could jump. I think Jacob won!!
By about 12:30 there were so many people at the zoo we decided to leave and go home. Jacob bought a snake that he had been wanting since the last time we took the kids to the Ft. Worth Zoo so he was happy as a lark.
Last night we played outside. I took Julia for a walk and then Jacob wanted to come out and play. The little girl from next door came out also and the kids played soccer and volleyball together until it was time to go inside. We had another great day. Today we are venturing out to Six Flags. Wish us luck with the crowds!
